By accessing BNB Pulse you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service

BNB Pulse provides estimated short-term rental projections from third-party data. Projections are estimates only and are not investment advice or a guarantee of income.

3. Free Trial

A 7-day trial includes up to 5 property analyses. Trial usage is tracked by IP address and device fingerprint. Abuse, multi-accounting or trial reuse will result in revocation.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans renew until canceled. Cancel anytime in your settings. No refunds for partial billing periods.

5. Acceptable Use

No scraping, reselling, sharing accounts or API keys. Detected sharing disables your key.

6. Liability

BNB Pulse is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for decisions made based on its output.
